Wendy Bowen has always had a passion for real estate. She has gained a broad knowledge of Denver living, having been in Colorado for a total of more than 15 years. She has lived downtown, the Denver Tech Center, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, and currently resides in Highlands Ranch. Her familiarity with the Denver Metro Area makes her a good choice to assist you in your buying and selling needs.

As a wife and mother of 3, who has moved across the country several times over the past 20 years, Wendy understands the challenges that her relocation clients might face. Wendy founded a real estate team called The Denver Trio Team with two amazing women that share the same passion for real estate. They all possess that Midwest work ethic, kindness and believe strongly in building relationships and honestly doing what is best for the client. The ladies of Denver Trio Team will provide you with a unique buying or selling experience to make your new house a home. Their goal is to make the transaction seamless and enjoyable. The Denver Trio team has recently expanded, adding five exceptional women to the real estate team.
In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband and three young adult children. She also enjoys exercising, shopping, and cheering for many basketball teams that she has personal ties to! Go Denver Pioneers, Mountain Vista High School and Denver Nuggets!! Of course, she will always cheer for her alma mater-The Iowa Hawkeyes! Wendy's close affiliation with the Denver Nuggets and the NBA allows her and her team to specialize in finding professional athletes and coaches their Colorado homes!
