Meet Scotta
Scotta grew up in International Falls, MN also known as “Ice Box of the Nation” and moved to Colorado in 2006 with her husband and 3 kids. She immediately fell in love with Colorado’s clear blue skies, sunshine, outdoor activities and the people. Scotta received her Marketing degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. After establishing a successful career in marketing and sales, she decided that the opportunity to stay home with her kids was priceless and jumped right into being a full-time mom. While maintaining head of the household status, she was very active in her children's schools, volunteering as much as possible. Scotta purchased her first investment property in Colorado in 2014 and found her passion for real estate. She has since purchased additional personal investment properties in Colorado, Florida, and Arizona. As a mom of three kids, all now in college, Scotta has valuable information about school districts, schools, neighborhoods, and amenities to help you choose the neighborhood and house that best fits your family.
